The mission of the World Music Foundation is to bring people together and overcome racism through music as a means of learning about and appreciating world cultures. Through this new monthly concept inspired by Spotify's "Discover Weekly" specialized playlists, I created a monthly playlist of music from various artists of different styles, hailing from different countries, and all with very different backgrounds that related to a monthly topic/theme.
Through their journey listening to the playlist, World Music Foundation followers were encouraged to journal and voice on our socials how they felt about finding new music that they might not otherwise have had the opportunity to encounter!
